Personally, I have found that all systems such as these are simply better if they are changed every few years. I handled commissions systems for sales reps, every three or four years we would get input on what people liked and didn't like about the system and we'd make a change. There would be new energy toward special incentives, etc., that would last for a couple years. In my experience all systems have faults, and eventually you find them all, and then get frustrated with them, and then its time to start with a new system that seems perfect. It'll have faults, too, but you haven't found them yet so your energy stays high in following the system. -Liz Elizabeth Magill www.worcesterfellowship.org
