I can see the convenience of a trash chute; however, what about recycling? If 
there is a chute for trash but you have to schlep recycling downstairs, that 
would seem to discourage recycling, which would Not be A Good Thing. Can there 
be a recycling chute alongside??? (Being a suburban California girl who's never 
lived in a building more than two stories tall, I have absolutely no experience 
with chutes whatsoever.)
