Hi Becky,
Allow me to offer a correction:  The way I see it, the committee was  not
assigned to design a wall, it was assigned to decide what to do with  the
perimeter of the children's playarea.  I think part of the problem is that
 some people perceived the only solution as being: A wall, while others
thought that we should better find out what are the real needs, and then
proceed to look for solutions (of which a wall is only one possibility).
