I liked your examples of exasperating events in group decision-making
during the development phase. We experience all of those. But in our
group, we use "Round-tabling" (aka sociocracy), which has safeguards for
situations like those you describe, and as far as I can tell so far,
works pretty well. I was wondering why you lumped sociocracy and
consensus together in the above statement. They are very different. Or
do you have experience of both in different contexts?
