Cohousing-L Mailing List: community agreements on conflict resolution

Hello community!  Here at River Song Cohousing we are working on crafting a
community agreement containing a commitment to resolving conflict promptly
and skillfully.  A number of us have experienced Laird Schaub's workshop on
the topic.  Others in the community who haven't are not sure they want to
do an agreement.
It would really help us to read about other communities, their experience
and their policies/agreements if any.  Thank you!
