Takoma Village Cohousing in Washington, DC, is also exploring the idea of 
creating a community agreement or team focused on communication and conflict 
management. As part of our exploration, I’ve compiled examples from half a 
dozen other communities as well as article, book, and video resources that have 
been mentioned on the Cohousing-L over the years.
