We allow members to use the commonhouse for non community events, there are
few such events, and they are seldom a problem. For our particular site,
parking is the primary issue. Any event has to have a community member host
who is held responsible for clean up. The commonhouse team has a checklist
and checks it after the event, again, there have seldom been any issues with
the building not being cleaned up enough, and those are easily fixed.

Subject: [C-L]_ Common House Reservations

Hello Folks

We here at Camelot cohousing have been discussing the future system of
common house reservations. We will have multiple rooms in our common house
and we may consider allowing folks to reserve rooms for non coho functions.
We were wondering, do other cohousers allow folks to reserve the whole
common house for non community events? If you do, how does that work for
you?

Thanks a bunch
Deirdre
