It is good to read all these responses; thank you all, and thanks Deirdre for posing the question. I have a further question. How about reserving the common house, the whole common house, for exclusive (non-community) use? Are there any communities out there with experience with this? Or is it more of a "sure, you can reserve the whole house, but expect community residents to still be about their business while you are conducting your gathering"?
